Getting info together for port energy graph I sharpied the port shapes while measuring the port lengths. This is an average flowing port, notice the ssr is less than ideal. Sorry for the dirty finger prints.

I found this cutaway E7 exhaust to compare to modified port. The water between stem and emission bulge needs to be watched when cutting. I left about .125" everywhere on the exhaust ports.

Port energy graph. I feel these heads could have been better. I was gun shy after ruining the 289 heads. These are quite thick still and flow pretty well considering the port sizes. The port energy is nearly twice the 1.94"/ 1.5" valve combo. I am done with these and they have been delivered to DV. I hope he is happy with how they turned out and are usable for his 347 project. Thanks to all who helped!

I should add this is David's and Stan' s new port energy program. I am still taking pictures of computer screens but I know he has the program set up to move files. I just need some time and help from my 11 year old to figure it out. Fyi, this program kicks! Thanks, Charlie

Charlie,

Got the E7TE heads back that you ported for me..
Great work you could go pro on such work but if you do make sure you charge what such work is truly worth.

Will shoot some pics and my test results in a day or so.

Thanks
DV
