Having retired, it is time to inventory and put up for sale items remaining from past projects. Here is a partial listing. All parts are new unless noted otherwise.

If interested in part or all, please send PM. I am located NW of Houston, Texas. Reasonable offers considered. Prices listed are negotiable.

Parts to be picked up in person, cash on receipt. No checks, MOs nor credit cards. All sales are final......


Individual parts prices for parts to build 427 cu.in. (7 litre) Chevy small block (all parts new, stored inside since 1998)......

$1,800 - General Motors Performance Parts 400 Sportsman block, Bowtie siamesed bore casting with 350 main size......

$600 - Custom Wiseco forged pistons (dished), 4.125" bore size with 1.170" comp.height, 1/16" rings, yields 9.44:1 comp ratio with 65cc chamber at 0.046" quench......

$400 - Eagle 3D 4340 H-beam stroker profile rods (5.850" length)......

$500 - 4" stroke COLA 4340 forged crank, 350 main and journal size......

I would prefer to sell the balanced rotating assembly (crank, rods and pistons) as a unit, either with or without the GMPP block (reciprocating assembly has been internally balanced using Mallory metal).

$1,500 - rotating assembly

$1,800 - block

Note: Will accept $3,000.00 for GMPP block and rotating assembly as a package deal (will include moly file fit rings and bearing set at no additional charge)


New heads, intake manifolds and exhaust manifolds for small block Chevy......

$3,000 - Victor Jr. heads with full portwork by Mondello, intake ports matched to 1209 gasket size, 65cc chambers, 2.08" /1.60" valves. Intake side flows 306 cfm @ 0.525" lift per Mondello.

$1,450 - GMPP Fast Burn aluminum heads, 210cc intake ports, 62cc chambers, lightweight 2.0" / 1.55" LT4 valves

$600 - L31 Vortec heads (production heads removed from new '98 350 L31 crate engine). These are the good flowing castings sought by circle track guys running in classes which require as cast ports...... Produced before production was shifted to Mexico and port cross section decreased.

$300 - Tork Link intake, large port version sized for Bowtie heads, developed for circle track racing by Jim McFarland

$200 - Edelbrock Performer RPM intake for Vortec & Fast Burn heads (removed from new GMPP crate engine)

$250 - Edelbrock 3 X 2 (tri-power) intake for Vortec & Fast Burn heads (mounts 3 small base 2bbl carburettors)

$200 (per set) - Sanderson QP1000 cast iron exhaust manifolds. Special ordered with both having outlet centered (have 2 sets, will accept $350.00 for both sets as package deal)

$200 - Sanderson ceramic coated custom built block hugger headers. Have 1-3/4" primary tubes and 3" collectors.


New camshafts with lifters and roller rocker set......

$250 - UltraDyne custom flat tappet solid lifter cam and lifters (252 degrees duration @ 0.050" lift intake and exhaust, 0.525" lift, ground on 110 degree LSA, reduced base circle of 1.10", Pro-55 core)

$125 - Crane hydraulic flat tappet cam and lifters 272 - 2 - NC (216 / 228 degrees duration @ 0.050" lift intake and exhaust, 0.454" / 0.480" lift, ground on 114 degree LSA)

$225 - GMPP self-guiding roller rocker arms (set of 16 special ordered with 8 having 1.6 ratio and 8 having 1.5 ratio)


Used intakes......

$250 - Edelbrock XC8 dual quad crossram intake for small block Chevy, has one small chipped edge (carb flange extension) requiring minor weld repair to correct if using Holley pattern carbs. Also drilled for Carter AFB pattern (unaffected by chipped edge if using Carter or Edelbrock carbs)

$100 - Offenhauser single 4bbl 360 degree high rise intake for small block Chevy

$60 - GM # 3844459 cast iron intake for small block Chevy...... '63 - '65 300 HP 327 with AFB carb (Edelbrock carb is same mounting pattern)

$200 - 1974 Aston Martin Series-3 Isolated Runner intake original to 5.3 litre Lagonda V-8. Only 967 such Series-3 Aston Martin V-8 cars were produced. Mounts (4) Weber 42 DCNF carbs (not included)

$150 - Early 1980s Maserati 4.9 litre V-8 Isolated Runner intake. Mounts (4) Weber 42 DCNF carbs (not included)


New transmissions, bellhousings, flywheels, clutches......

$2,500 - New T-56 Borg Warner 'aftermarket' 6-speed trans. This will bolt up to standard GM bellhousing and has mechanical speedo gear and cable connection for older vehicles.

$3,200 - New T-56 Borg Warner 6-speed production trans, OEM for '93 - '95 Camaro or Firebird with 305 or 350 engine. Price includes new GM bellhousing, new GM flywheel, new GM '94 Camaro hydraulic master and slave cylinder and new Center Force (pull type) clutch upgrade for this transmission.

(Both of these transmissions were bought in late '90s before Tremec (Mexico) acquired Borg Warner Transmission Division)


New 350 Chevy L31 Vortec engine with performance upgrades......

$3,200 - New (still strapped to shipping pallet) 1998 L31 Vortec 350 crate engine. This was sourced from Sallee Chevrolet in 1998. Sold as their 'Xtreme 350 4X4' crate engine. Has Comp Cams RV roller cam upgrade, ZZ4 timing gears and chain, Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, and new GM HEI distributor which I had recurved by Dave Ray to suit this engine.


360 (5.9 litre) Dodge engine and upgrade parts......

$1,700 - Low mileage 1998 360 (5.9 litre) Dodge truck engine. Truck had less than 2,000 miles when wrecked. Engine has been sealed and stored in my garage since '98.

$1,800 - New parts (can be used on 318 / 340 / 360 engines...... Can also be used to convert 1993 - 1998 5.9 litre Dodge truck engine to older 318 / 340 / 360 shaft rocker style heads & intake...... Edelbrock Performer RPM intake, Edelbrock heads, Crane gold shaft rocker setup, Crane hydraulic roller cam upgrade (specs available upon request). Also new Offenhauser finned aluminum valve covers and a couple sets of the early '93 - '94 heavy duty truck exhaust manifolds having 2-1/4" outlets (later model manifolds have smaller 2" outlets). Also have new magnetic pickup style MOPAR Performance distributor and new MOPAR Performance manual shift flywheel for this engine...... Allows earlier A-833 manual transmission to be fitted behind 1-piece rear main seal, factory roller cam engine.

Note: Will accept $3,200 for all the MOPAR parts above (engine + performance upgrade parts) as a package deal

The performance upgrade parts for MOPAR have been sold. However, the nearly new 360 Magnum engine is still available, as are the GM parts listed below.

Mopar performance upgrade parts, '57 Pontiac / Olds posi rearend, both Chevy crossram intakes and A-833 Dodge 4-speed transmission have been sold.
