Here is my question for all of the readers--how do you stay "in the zone" of focused?
Most psychologists state that there is an optimal level of arousal called "flow" where you have enough energy to not feel bored, however not too much energy where you start to feel anxiety and stress. The difficulty, of course, is staying in this optimal concentrated, focused, in tune flow state. |
