My biology teacher in HS once told me..
"see it's like this, the government has you by one ball squeezing it, and the business's by the other squeezing it...and there's nothing you can do about it, you can't move left or right."

thoughts on his take?

Very simple. The government can tax and makes laws. Business can do neither.
