Who to 4 Modifying inline SOHC Rocker's ?

Who does this readily ?

I can provide any precise measurements needed and even how to possibly go about it. Essentially I just need someone who has the tooling at hand to machine and blank the rockers axis hole such that a new hole can be repositioned.

I can then do most of the work after that stage to correct its postion on the Head itself.
