I'd suggest my part#72352-106
288°/288° @ .012"
244°/244° @ .050"
.352"/.352" Lobe Lift
.510"/.510" Net Valve Lift w/1.5 rockers
106° LSA

If you have to run a small hard tire that can't hook up, I'd go to 108 LSA.
What is the duration at .200 and what would the duration be at .020 as I asked this about another cam you had posted and I never got a reply!!!
I had the cam in my Audie files, so I looked it up.
288@.012"
272@.020"
244@.050"
157@.200"
93@.300"
.352" Lobe Lift

It's mostly symmetrical (from .050" on up).
I don't want to get into the differences.

I'm not sure about the exact compression ratio. Around 11.5 I believe. 4.030 bore, zero decked, 5cc valve reliefs, .041 gasket, Vortec heads flat milled .035. We can't angle mill.

Sorry but that motors compression ratio is 10.7 to 1 and it could be less. Its swept volume is 727.35cc in a 75 cc compressed volume. So its 802/75 = 10.69 or 803/76 =10.57 To be 11.5 to 1 it would have to have a 69.3 cc compressed volume. You would need to flat mill the head .075. Why do people alway think the comp is higher than it really is? I get alot of customers who say "I have a cast flat tops 350 with double bumps and its 10 -1" No sir its 8.5 because your 4 relief pistons are .040-.045 down the hole plus your 35 year old head probably have sunk seats and with that big cam your running, you might as well save your money and run regular gas.

Yolu allowed 1.125 inches for a spacer and gaskets. I use a standard 1" phenolic 2bbl adapter mounted centered.

A guy in town did some dyno testing, he said the Wilson tapered spacer was worth 2 hp. For the price I passed. The only dual plane intake he tested that was sensitive to fore and aft placement was the Torque Link intake.

Thanks for the advice Cam King. We will start the season with the other engine that is pretty much identical that has a symmetrical cam at 249 @ .050

When I order another cam for this other engine I will be sure to order it from you.

Thanks! Your a class act.

BTW, RacerRick. The 11.5 was more of a guess than anything. Obviously I don't know as much as you but I'm here to learn.

It's gonna be a little soft off the corners, so you may want to install the intake at a 100 centerline.

Thanks Mike. I have it installed at 101.5 right now. I'll pop the cover and dial it in. Thanks again!
