No spray. Hot street motor with occasional strip trips (non-competitive, just fun stuff).

I dont think I will need to deck for quench at this point. WORST case scenario is that I have to have the JE pistons customized, but with the math now I am 0.018" in the hole before the deck is squared and flattened (with the JE/SRP pistons). From everything I see this motor was not abused or severely. I am guessing at most 0.010" comes off, leaving me at 0.008" in the hole. This all assumes the deck was at stock height (9.206"). The engine had original pistons and bearings in it, so it isnt too much of a leap to think the deck hasnt been cut since the factory.

Odd question. Are JE and Wiseco related? Their websites are very very similar, and the holiday closing message at the top was identical.

JE owns Wiseco or vice versa, either way one and the same
