Suspension and Brake Upgrades on GTO

Post by SilverFox »

1971 Pontiac GTO (LeMans), looking to upgrade the suspension system and brakes. It currently has front disc, rear drum. Would like to go 4 wheel disc and some type of "touring" suspension package....no racing just spirited street driving.

Anyone have any recommendations? I'd really like something in "kit form" versus having to purchase each piece seperately.

Thanks,
Tony

Maybe Hotchkiss makes suspension for the GTO?

71 GTO shares a lot with the Chevelle. Check out the Super Chevy mags, a lot of companies make Chevelle upgrade parts that will work. You could even replace the entire subframe if you wallet can handle it....
