Well, now that you mentioned it............ hahaha
I think that place is about 5 minutes from my house. Thought I might swing by and check it out at some point.
I was just told, I would be speaking at 3pm on Friday Oct. 5th, but that's subject to change.

Someone else will be giving a talk on valve train dynamics, so I probably will stay away from that topic.

Cam shaft lobe derivatives; their purpose and function.

Designing cam lobes for intake vs exhaust. NA vs forced induction.

A camshaft parameter sensitivity analysis; which parameters are most critical?

I ended up having people write down their questions, and I tried to answer them the best I could.
It could of gone better. My mind wasn't 100%.
My wife fell down the stairs on Wednesday night, and we spent that night at the hospital. By the time I had to speak on Friday, I was extremely tired.

She'll be fine. She'll be sore for a while, but no lasting damage.

Glad to hear she will be fine. And Kudos to you for soldiering through the best you could. Was there any question that someone asked, that you found interesting or surprising?

For future reference - leave the popcorn machine at home, begin with some of the basics of cam design then, before everyone falls asleep, discuss some of the advanced information such as "snap, crackle, pop", jerk, etc.
