Good for Randy. Another cleveland to podium! Can't beat the last two days thats for sure.

Not much separating the top two. Does either make a tuning change before the final? If I was in the lead, doubt I’d make a change , unless I saw something obvious. Even if in second, although more tempting to make a change, it might be better to roll the dice and see where the numbers come out. It will be interesting to hear about.

Yes very tight indeed. Kinda cool to see the older tec head work so well.

IIRC from other threads, it’s a 9.5 deck SVO block with Yates C3 heads.

I seen where Greg Brown and his 393" Hemi head Windsor won today in the finals.. he made 622lbft and 772Hp.

Congratulations to Greg and Hammerhead. Also to Walter who was right in there. I talked to walter before event and 383 was 726@7200. So not sure what he had there.

Malik made 752 Hp on his initial run on day two.

Brown was at 769 HP on day four, so the engine was 3 HP better in the final (if the info above is official).

I was rooting for Walter Malik, but congrats to both.
Greg Brown must have found more in the whole curve than just the 3 HP at the peak.

Yes same here. Maybe backed timing off a few degrees and hemi gained on top a smidge??Good showing all in all. Fords on top thats a bonus.

There were 2 different classes, so Randy still won the "Inline Valve" class.
