Considering I pay several hundred dollars a year to run that website and my name is on the registration, I think it’s a fair statement. Don’t you?
^^ thats why ! I know you know the owner.
I tried to register there at one time but it kept having an error, i thought you were rejecting me lol
As i said mate just joking around !

Sorry, the rolling eyes emoji goes right through me every time. Lol

Please try to register again. Can always use more engine builder experience on there.

All the cranks need to be checked over quite thoroughly these days. Even the made in usa ones. 4" stroke works very well.Do yourself a favour and call tmeyer his kits from molnar are specifically made for cleveland. No chevy adapted parts.

Hey Craig, do you think we could get an advertiser like that?

And to think, we've all been using the wrong rods for decades.

Mark O'Neal wrote: Thu Jun 07, 2018 8:39 pm I'd also do a 3.850 with a 6.125 rod.

You can make the other 15 H/P elsewhere.
3.75 is good with a 6.125 rod but the 3.85 has better piston choice with a 6 inch rod.
The 393 does have better piston choice compared with the 408.

I'm surprised there was no mention of the 4.125" Dart block as an alternative to gain cubes.
So much to do, so little time...

If he has a cleveland block and is a cleveland purist likely does not want the windsor block. What hp level is he looking for?And what usage? Fairly easy to get 500+ without stroker.

If you are a Cleveland purist then there is the Arrow block option in Oz as well. That will easily go 4.125 .

Besides the Aussie Arrow, there's Tim Meyers' new Cleveland-design blocks in both aluminum and cast iron, at a h...uvalot less shipping cost (from MI). And it's Made (cast AND machined) in USA, for those who care anymore.
