It'll be fun to see how it stacks up being very similar cubes etc to see how much those 2 "illegalities" may have been worth. :?
Winning EMC engine had average TQ of 485 LBs ( or 1.37 AV. Pounds/cube ) and average HP of 475 ( 1.345 AV. HP/cube ) on the best scoring pull at EMC.

SN will need 490 AV. TQ and 480 AV. HP to score the same as EMC engine.
That means it will need to average the same TQ as it made peak on the dyno last time. Sounds easy. :D
The AV. HP will likely come closer to EMC, but how much will be above EMC scoring RPM will be the question.
But, TQ kinda rules the EMC.

We could share information and data and combine what we know from similar projects. Send me what you have so far by PM. I may have time to review in the next week or so. I'll try to read through your thread sometime. I'm sure I could point you in the right direction on some things.

 That's good one.

I'm betting they make do all by themselves....for amateurs, of course

December 1st and 2nd is scheduled for dyno flowz. Hoping for a problem free session. Always sucks to spend your time chasing weird issues rather than testing.

Just don't get drunk while you're doing the final assembly and forget to install the needle bearing and thrust washer behind the cam sprocket as it makes a hell of a racket.

At least that's what I've been told...

Well, I'm sure there is enough to test without vacuum. Although that would be cool to test again, seeing how the vacuum results don't always seem to be very consistent from engine to engine.

CGT I think I noticed in earlier pictures that it looked like you did no chamber work ? Also ive seen some cyl head guys put epoxy where your wing is to close down or reshape the side opposite the short turn. How would that affect 50 to 52 seats?

Randy331 did the heads. I'm sure he will respond to your question next time he is logged in.

Dyno is scheduled for Dec.15 & 16 now, the Dec. 1 and 2 thing got cancelled. Its been hard to get time off work and everything scheduled. Hopefully that doesn't change. Any changes to the Nova over the winter?

Yeah, your not the first one to mention painting the bowties. :) I'm kinda painted out currently. I've taken a lot of criticism on the "orangeness" of it as well.
