Forgive my ignorance, but what does offsetting the seat .030 away from the short turn gain?
Also, did you say you going to have a fixture to work with a form tool? I'd like to see a video of that.

we are working on that fixture next. it will easy to use with a form tool machine. the beauty of this fixture is that you can decide where you want the offset to be and how far. thanks charlie

You continue to use the words offset seat. What you are really doing there is offsetting the bottom angles, correct?
If I am right you may want to change your terminology to avoid confusion.
In future videos you may want to paint some bluing on there to show where it is not cutting.

yes we are offsetting the angles below the contact seat angle. i will use dykem on next video. thanks for the input charlie
