Do not have to be cnc. Just thought it would be quicker turn around if someone had a program that would fit the application. I know this is something this head is not normally utilized for. Porting is not my forte.

How much HP does the motor need to make?
I could not find what the 77219 heads flow on the ED site, but with there 240 cc volume they should do 290 cfm out of the box which would be more than enough to crank out 650 HP on that cid motor I would say.

With 12.5 comp on a 416 cid motor with only 280 cfm and far far less port volume I have hit 650 hp just for reference .

No specific hp goal has been set yet other than shooting for something above the cookie cutter norm of 500-550.
There is not much flow data available that I've seen because they are meant to be ported. Most of what I've seen is finished ports in the 280 to 300 cc range that go 380-400+ cfm at the top of the lift range. The intake port is raised .380 and extra material is add to intake port face so shelf sbf manifolds can be used. The way I see it . It has added port length so that 240 port cc out of the box is actually small compared to the traditional 20deg.
cylinder heads on the market.
