can i start out by going to the stainles steel .130 needle seat,but how much bigger on the acc pump squirters from stock should i go, and iam putting a metering block kit on it also, thanks for any help

you will need the boosters changed as they are to small. probably 50cc pumps. metering blocks that are big enough. jetting 10 sizes bigger than stock is a starting point. a wideband is a must! ifr in the lower position to up high position like a lot have will cause surging issues.
my 4777 650 had .031 ifr 67/73 with .045 pvcr stock n rich as hell on cruise and idle on gas.
it now has .027 ifr 70/90 .070 pvcr. this gives me as lean of cruise as it will take in the 1 to 1.05 lambda average. wot is around .77 to. 78 lambda.
dont try this sort of tuning without a wideband! e85 dont like emulsion either so be wary of those that have huge high speed bleeds n lotsa emulsion jets.

thanks,iam going to have to just go by plug readings,iam getting a metering block kit for E-85, and already have a 50cc secondary, going with .052 acc pump squirters, if i go up 10 with the jets will it give me a starting point

With a 750 you need to replace the boosters, booster legs need to be around .160. And use either a .450 BLP machined booster or a B style Braswell booster, signal and airflow are both better. Idle jet I would start at .038, idle air bleed about.065 to start. Main air bleed .026, with stock 2 emulsion blocks leave the emulsion alone. Main jets square will be around low .090's, if it's a race engine jet for best performance. If it see street time invest in a wideband, it makes adjusting the PVCR and primary jet size much easier. With better boosters start at .045 squirters and blue cams.

thanks ,that is the perfect website forum for the info i need, iam hoping the purchase of the quick fuel metering block kit is a step in the right dirrection,and iam in the process of measuring the bleeds on the carb,this carb was previosly set up by the carb company in california,thanks

this carb was last setup by the carb shop in cal,but i would like to know how to remove the small brass restricters to change the size,i would guess if had to go bigger just drill but how to go smaller,do they sell these or do i have to make them, and how to remove them,thanks

Thread them for brass set screws. 6-32 for main air bleeds, 8-32 for idle bleeds, 6-32 for idle feed restrictions.
