Yes, Ed is missed very much around here. He seemed like quite a fellow. Thanks for saying hello.

Your Dad was a wonderful person here. I hope you knowing how great of a guy he was helps ease the pain a little.

Prayers for you and his family.

I was a latecomer to this forum and I dont get involved in the discussions too much, but let me tell you that I learnt a lot from your fathers postings here not just about engine stuff, but how to carry oneself when engaging in discussion with others ... A very smart, experienced man but yet humble and STRONG in his faith for the lord, not a hint of arrogance anywhere . I am so sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are with you from across the other side of the world :D

I had the pleasure of meeting Ed in about 95/96 in Plano Tx.
He was a very humble and gracious and generious person.
I enjoyed our conversations about our faith and hot rod stuff.
He is missed

I think Ed had a positive impact on everyone here. He gave a lot of valuable information freely and I for one truly appreciated it.

Vicky, your Dad helped me out quite a bit here on the forum and I really miss him. Found that we had several friends in common over at USA Racing (WOP Shop) down in Houston.

G-d bless,

Vicky,

My daughter and I were blessed to spend an afternoon with your father at his shop in July 2008. We had driven to Dallas to attend a Gospel for Asia conference and had a great time getting to know each other better and talking about the passions of our lives, most importantly the Lord.

May the Lord richly bless you,

Brent

Ed was a very popular guy on Speedtalk. Always interesting and he seemed to be available practically 24/7 somehow. Definitely missed.

You said a mouthfull Clint.....I remember years ago,, one saturday night about 10 pm,, I was at the shop just chillen in my camper,,, Mr Ed Wilson called little ole me to discuss my 555ci motor....He was very gracious on the phone...Never criticized my combo,,but gave me some verygood information....I swear he guided me through every aspect of the combination...We were on the phone for at least two hours that night.....I know Mr Ed Wilson had race gas going through his veins.....In closing,,I hope Vicky was there for Eds passing,,, because my wife just lost her dad and has taken care of him for the last year and a half......He died a month ago......It's a bitch when we lose a family member......Too bad we gotta let them go.......Dan. :(
