I find it hard to believe a religous "theory" that explains the origins of evolution, that originates from this dogma:

"A cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree."

To a point I agree. The point in my response to the post was that the Bible does not explain explain the origins or evolution. It explains the origins of CREATION. I totally agree with intelligent design and the Bible. Not evolution. Yes we can adapt to certain things, but the theory of evolution is totally different.

Hmm, news to me. Is it the fact that our knowledge and understanding of them is evolving?

Probably so. I imagine it is very difficult to plot changes over the course of hundreds of millions of years. But they can examine light wave lengths emitted long, long ago from distant stars and determine their composition compared to older or younger stars.
