hi everyone im ronald bakker from the netherlands i resently came across youre forum and like the info on it
for some reason this idea shot in my head when reading sumtin about intake manifolds
i've been looking for it on the internet but i cant find anything that might do it so here goes :
3D printing works by laying layers on layers and i was wondering if you could do the same with a realy small migwelder building stuff up like engineblocks and intakemanifolds out of straight aluminium requiring only some planing and drilling holes before fitting
the thing that entered my mind first was contemination of the weld wish could be prevented by flooding the box the welding is taking place in with inert gas
the second thing was the piece colapsing while for instance closing a domeshape it should be possible to fill the open spaces with heat resistand powder
anyone knows a company looking intoo this ?
3D printing idea
