A Holley 300-5 intake and probably a Quick Fuel 950 4150 style carb, with a 1" super sucker style spacer between them. At least that'd be a good place to start.

The Edelbrock Victor oval port and 1050 Dominator will out run the rest.

I'd run a Dart any day but it does require extensive porting. A 4150 would likely be adequate for your dispacement. Dart make's both oval port manifolds for either a Dominator or a 4150 but they would both require porting.
when in doubt read the directions

Edelbrock Victor jr intake and a 1000HP 4150 Holley. Dominator wasn't worth anything on my old 461ci combination, plus the low speed drivability was poor with the dominator.
