ISO Serdi tooling package

How are the pilots for concentricity and straightness?? Or have you checked yet??
I called them about their products and had a hard time with translations but they said they would email me.
Is there a good english speaking person there that can help with ordering stuff to talk with or email?
There is a lot of stuff made there that is top notch
