There is a number of respectable equipment dealers that advertize on ebay.
Try Farris equip. in Texas or Jamison Equip. Or Joe Baker Equip. in Ohio they may do a decent deal for a set of 3 mandrels.
Just a note the units you are looking for are the most commonly used and there is lots available for dealers everywhere.
Buy some spares while you are at it as some of the small locating blocks and screws get lost and do not interchage with all honing units and there is 2 different drivers for them.
There is a light duty and HD unit the light duty is the same as the one for use with a hand drill and does not offer the same strength. Learned that the hard way as one of my guys got them confused one time. It was a costly mistake as it damages the line hone mandrel.

I've the two sizes below, just want to bring all of it 'in-house'.
They're certainly more available your side of the pond, but with shipping (and maybe import duty/vat, which will add another third) it might get expensive. But I'll check with the people you suggest and see what's what. There's no real urgency, and it was a bit of a punt anyway, so I'll bump the thread from time to time if nothing's doing....
