So did the DT news conference today PO Sessions, or is there some crucial political reason they needed to hide this move from DT supporters until after the election yesterday?

I mean we are only talking hours, #-o

Wonder if there is a pardon in the wings.

They thought it would look bad to do it ahead of the election and if they lost the Senate he would likely not be happy appointing anyone who would get confirmed.

Election over, Senate held, sessions out.....better sooner than later so ther is max time for people to forget before they vote again. My guess is whoever gets appointed will remove Rosenstein shortly after confirmation.

It goes to perceived if not actually bias. The person charged with enforcing the law can be neither.

Or it would detract from the mantra about the approaching caravan of invaders, which will likely go the way of Mexico paying for the wall, the 10% middle class tax cut, the EO gutting the 14th Amendment, the Repeal ACA, etc?

Did you all hear DT mockingly go down his list of Republicans today at his News conference, who lost yesterday, because they did not "embrace" him? It drew sickening laughter from the audience. Man is POS.

I heard about it. Hes a little right, they list because they couldn't embrace him....as is because of him. He cost the GOP the house, come 2020 he will cost the GOP the WH and I'm guessing the Senate as well.

I understand what you're trying to say.

First, In an attempt to defend the indefensible, how many racist bakers, auto mechanics, business owners, do business with people of a different color, weight, height, attractiveness that may not even like on a daily basis??? Would you not agree it'd be poor business/financial decision to deny services to them???

Second, who is NOT biased??? I mean seriously, to know that none of us are robots also says that NONE of us are completely objective.

Everyone is bias....but we need people in office who at least try and hide. That's the problem with a Kavanaugh, partisan and entitled with no attempt to hide it, it makes 1/2 the country stop trusting.

WTF, Mark? What is your deal lately? At least you finally let your true, racist core come out for all to see. The person who views everything through a lense of race, is actually the racist.

Us Conservatives could care less what a person's skin color is but you people have to check that particular box first and then your viewpoints on whatever issue is being discussed go from there.

That's quite pathetic, actually.

Good move by President Trump. Sessions turned out to be an ineffective Attorney General. Let's see how long Rosenstein lasts.

Or maybe we need a system that recognizes that EVERYONE is biased and "partisan", that disperses power between say... 3 DIFFERENT government branches, each having checks and balances over the other and a plethora of bureaucratic obstructions to prevent any ONE or small group the opportunity of unilateral authority..... W-wait a minute...?

PS
Please tell me you don't think Kavanaugh is the ONLY entitled, partisan stuffed shirt on SCOTUS..?
