What is the price of free speech?

Post by David Redszus » Tue Oct 02, 2018 11:51 pm

The First Amendment allows unlimited free speech on the floor of Congress.

Courts have not allowed free speech with regard to child pornography or the incitation of violence.
We also have slander and libel laws that seek to guide free speech.

But what about intentional false accusations of crimes and behavior for political purposes?

How many years in jail should Christine Ford spend in jail for her lies? Not just for perjury, but for
malicious personal damage.

If a woman makes an unproven, untruthful charge against the character and actions of a man, would
10 years in the slammer be adequate? Should it be more?

And a fine for the cost of it all as well.

I believe one protects their rights by protecting others rights first.

I will protect your rights to say stupid crap all day long..

Understand, you are basically stating above women have different rights then men, women must be able to prove what they say before speaking, and that protecting your rights to say stupid crap is a never ending task. =D>

One of the more serious ideas I heard would be the exact same penalty that the alleged crime would warrant if it were true.

First you would have to prove what she said was false. You will never do that. FBI investigation has been hamstrung by Trump. No FBI agent will put their career on the line to dig into the allegations of several people not just the one, and draw the wrath of Trump. Its clear to me our new judge was a party animal in his youth, and drank excessively, I never thought I would hear a supreme court judge nominee say in a hearing that I like beer multiple times, but get defensive when they ask him if he has a drinking problem. Rant and rave about left wing conspiracies, when he is supposed to be an impartial judge on the court. And then to rant and rave about democrats questioning his morality when he did the very same things to Bill Clinton when he worked for Ken Star. This is a quote from Kavanaugh when asked about the kind of questions Kavanaugh was asking about Clinton's [Blank Post] life.

“It may not be our job to impose sanctions on him, but it is our job to make his pattern of revolting behavior clear — piece by painful piece,” Mr. Kavanaugh wrote. “Aren’t we failing to fulfill our duty to the American people if we willingly ‘conspire’ with the president in an effort to conceal the true nature of his acts?”

I think Republicans and Trump are doing their best to conceal Kavanaugh's early wild years. And why do you think he mentioned Clinton"s revenge? He knew he had it coming when they started asking about his skeleton's in the closet. I think we call that being a hypocrite?

First you would have to prove what she said was false.
Example A. So if a woman accuses a man of anything it is up to him to prove otherwise. She does not have to prove a damn thing according to these lefties. Also according to rebelrouser it is the White mans fault. [-X

Where is the corroborating evidence in the Ford case. I have seen nothing so far. People she has said that would corroborate her story have not. By the way you admit you are a lefty as that is who I addressed that to. :D

Liar,

BTW the way, anyone who self declares themselves to a single label; is not some one I would consider a deep and reflective person.
