I would never use the Dow?
It's only 30 companies?

The S&P 500 (uses 500 companies, duh):

S & P 500

871.82 - Feb 2009 (start Obama term)

1637.43 - Jan 2013 (1st term) 87% increse

1815.53 - Jul 2013 (18 months) 108% increase

2360.91 - Jan 2017 -> 170% increase (end Obama)

2360.91 -Jan 2017 to
2703.89 - Jul 5 2018 -> 14% increase (Trump era)

:)
You should go into politics

Pretty much every that comes out of Rumps mouth is a lie.

What is the effective date for the zero for zero "agreement "....if they agreed then it must be in effect or about to go into effect right? So when is the big day?

Until that day we have all the old tariffs and subsidies and all the new ones Rump created.

Have you found the implication date and 2hars covered by the deal yet?

I'm thinking about buying a new truck and having the 25% import tariff go away would be awesome!

It would also probably sent the 3 US automakers into bankruptcy since they make all there money as a direct result of the tariff, but if they can't compete they shouldn't be in business....much like steel and coal, so we all know Rump isn't going to actually implement a deal anything like zero for zero......its fun to talk about though.

Crony Capitalism:
"Crony capitalism is an economy in which businesses thrive not as a result of risk, but rather as a return on money amassed through a nexus between a business class and the political class. ... It is also used to describe governmental decisions favoring "cronies" of governmental officials."

Rather than predicting the future (which you've been wrong about every time) and setting your hair on fire, why don't you wait and see what kind of deal is struck.

Pairing up with the EU also strengthens our hand in dealing with China and, wait for it... Russia!

Yes, but I'd argue we're looking more at fascism, socialism's cousin.

You've lost every possible argument and all credibility when you start using words like that against an American president.

What you need to do is ask yourself if you are better off now under President Trump for less than 2 years than you were at the end of the 8 years of president shit stain!!

You are the one claiming a deal has been struck so I say...ok, show me the deal, I would love to see it and I agree it would be in the country's best interest.

The problem is there is no deal. There may well have been talks about what a deal might someday look like, but today there is no deal , that was just another lie.

The answer is no. Everything from beer to lumber to gas costs a lot more thanks to really stupid tariffs.

And aren't you the one claiming there is no way you could be a racist because you once liked a black person....but then constantly use an obviously racial attack......perhaps you're just a teeny tiny tad more racist than you claim? Perhaps?
