Mueller’s Fruit of the Poisonous Tree

Post by 1989TransAm » Sat Jun 23, 2018 10:38 am

IMHO Mueller's investigation is nothing more than a Judicial coup. [-X Much more at the link.

"When the government deprives a person of life, liberty or property, it is required to use fundamentally fair processes. The Supreme Court has made clear that when governmental action “shocks the conscience,” it violates due process. Such conduct includes investigative or prosecutorial efforts that appear, under the totality of the circumstances, to be motivated by corruption, bias or entrapment.

In U.S. v. Russell (1973), the justices observed: “We may someday be presented with a situation in which the conduct of law enforcement agents is so outrageous that due process principles would absolutely bar the government from invoking judicial processes to obtain a conviction.” It didn’t take long.

That's a pretty high burden there chief to prove, especially with guilty pleas already on record.

No point in debating legalities that don't fit your one track narrative of labeling everyone who disagrees with you a socialist, commie, demo.... or whatever is the insult of the day.

Guilty of what?

Is that question rhetorical or memory lapse induced or just grossly ignorant?

"Mueller has already obtained five guilty pleas and 17 criminal indictments." From your source. The guilty pleas are from "lying" to the FBI. The vast majority of those indictments are from Russia firms which will never see the light of day except for one. That is Concorde Management and have shown up in court much to Mueller's detrement.

Funny that you had to go to a link and could not list any of them yourself. You are so clueless. I did not have to go to some other website to respond.

Guess we all have personal hurdles we clear that we congratulate ourselves on, glad you found yours, try to stay on topic about finding the answer to your question of "guilty of what?" that your ADD prevented you from understanding, but now claim you needed no link and would accept my declaration with out ANY backup? That would be a first.

Guilty of lying to me is not a minor offense, but each to their own I guess.

Guilty of lying from what I have seen is nothing but a setup by the Mueller team. Heck even the FBI agents did not think that Flynn was lying for one example. McCabe had them change their 302 forms and one agent will testify to that.
