Poll: Trump approval drops to record low in March

President Trump's approval rating hit a record low in March, a new poll finds.

Morning Consult's 50-state approval tracker finds 41 percent of registered voters approved of Trump's job performance during March.

A majority, 54 percent, disapproved of the president's job performance.

The data from March surpasses the president's previous lows in the Morning Consult poll. In October and November, 42 percent of respondents approved of Trump's job performance and 53 percent disapproved.

It is a small dip from his February numbers, when 43 percent of respondents approved of the job he was doing in the White House and 52 percent disapproved.

Trump's approval ratings also dropped month-to-month in a number of states that supported him in the 2016 race, including a 9 percent drop in Iowa and a 6-point dip in Idaho and Tennessee.

The March poll compiles data from surveys conducted from March 1 to 31 among 97,693 registered voters in every state and Washington, D.C.

So Rasmusson is only accurate if it shows Trump losing by 5 but it's no longer accurate if it shows over half of America liking him? Even 538 admitted that they were off by about 5 points but that's what their advertisers wanted to hear and you clowns bought it.

And then you post some obscure, unverifyable chart on a random forum thinking that you've somehow now made a point.

Textbook internet troll. Damn, little man, at least try to change things up and maybe sneak up on us.

Really...ehere did you find that?

Remember 538 doesn't poll, they collect much like realclearpolitics, but also track accuracy and apply corrections.....Rump is at 39 this morning.

Looks like an accurate poll to me with 96k registered voters polled. Seems like alot of these polls range from 1k-3k people polled.

The chart also shows what one would expect..starts off decent and slowly drops.

I know 538 uses this data and weights it pretty high, but they are not on the poll rating list.

https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/pollster-ratings/

They show it as 4 points GOP bias.

Rasmussen is a C+ btw, about the lowest of the major pollsters, and 5 points GOP bias currently

I've always like the take the 2 outliers and see what lies in between. That tends to give you a better sense of voters feelings.

If i was going to bet money of trumps approval average in Vegas, 40% would be the number I'd choose.
