Oh I get it now. A state with 20 million people pays more than a state with 1 million people.

Of course the total is going to be more.

Per person though is a different story and last I checked I'm not a state so why you expect me to pay more to cover the left wing handouts in those states is beyond me.

Thats correct. Some won't like to hear it but many of the hated liberal states (California, New York ect.) contribute much more than they take in from the feds.

The State list is interesting. I've seen it before. I'm not sure we're getting the whole picture with it though. The title is "residents dependency". Does Ken's Social Security, which he paid into for years and earned counted as "dependency"? What about infrastructure? What does California receive from the Federal Government for "green" power compared to South Carolina? What I'm trying to say is, I suspect a "shyster" from either side could make a list, and back it up with (limited) facts and make it look however they wanted it to look. The fact is, nothing is free. Someone is paying for it. "We" all think we're paying more than "we" should.

What's interesting to me, when looking at individual states are 3 states that are fairly close, both distance wise and politically. All 3 States voted for Hillary as well as Obama. 2 out of the 3 voted for Gore in 2000. Of these three States California has the highest personal income tax rate of any State. Neither Nevada or Washington have any state income tax.

So, why should someone in Nevada have to pay more in Federal taxes, because their state taxes are lower than someone a couple miles away in Kaliforniastan?
I used to be a people person, but people ruined it.

................................................................................... That would be like letting people buy fire insurance after their houses burns down.
I've been screaming that for years. Pre existing conditions are covered as long as there is no lapse in coverage. I
Their covered but at what price ? Again I was quoted 6000 monthly before the ACA.
I thought you served in the military

Let me tell y'all a true story. After Obama's Afordable Healthcare Act passed (the one Nancy said we'd have to pass to know what it said) the insurance company I had for 18 years dropped me and everyone else who they written. As a small business owner my premiums were $390 per month per person with a $2500 deductable. After Obama care I looked for insurance for myself. The lowest quote for similar coverage was $780 per month with $5000 deductable or $1080 with a $2500 deductable. I couldn't afford either one so went without insurance until able to draw on medicare. To add insult I had to pay a penality for not having insurance while every illegal alien was given free coverage.

Last I heard on the news there would be 15 million people without insurance if Obama care comes appart. Also heard there are somewhere around 13 million "undocumented citizens". Does that really mean 2 million citizens will be without insurance?

I just read where certain blue states such as California want to institute their own Obamacare penalties now that President Trump has got rid of them. I hate these people.
