October global temps +.63 Deg C per Dr Roy Spencer

The Version 6.0 global average lower tropospheric temperature (LT) anomaly for October, 2017 was +0.63 deg. C, up from the September, 2017 value of +0.54 deg. C
Quite surprising with a mild La Nina forming right now.

We've gone from denial to "who cares" here on the speedtalk forum.

I'd say thats progress!

Why should anyone with a brain care about trivial, un-important, and very often fraudulent information?

Many businesses will be affected by any kind of climate change. The smart ones will adapt. Many have begun to do so.

Especially if any sort of carbon tax is ever enacted

Even if there is no carbon tax it's still important to pay attention to.

If those are adjusted charts I would not pay attention to them, not to mention the vast amount of the earth that has no recording data and you can't predict climate by looking at weather on a monthly bases.

I agree with you. Much collected data is raw data lacking validation and proper interpretation.

For those who believe they will be affected by a changing climate, they should take whatever steps they
feel prudent. But they should not be allowed to force their views upon the rest of us.

Yes, this is a good video going over how the data is gathered as well as what NASA site says in their q&a section about the problem with accuracy.
