What’s the “Jupiter Engine” Being Teased by the Oxford Club?

What's the more efficient, no-emissions power plant pitched as the "Jupiter Engine" and as the way to end global warming (and get filthy rich?)

Seems they are trying to pitch taking CO2 and making water out of it, BUT no mention of where the energy is going to come from to do it?? Or some such BS!!

And scrolling down, the article turns into a news letter subscription/stock purchase con!

So we are going to use a traditional hydrocarbon fuel based engine to compress a gas (CO2 or any other) to liquid form, and then use the compressed liquified gas to drive a turbine generator to produce electricity.

I have another but similar idea. Why not use cheap coal to create steam to drive a turbine generator to produce electricity?
Wouldn't that be really clever and original?

We could use all that water from the Houston area and get rid of it.
