States/cities not enforcing federal laws is not a crime. States/cities preventing the feds enforcing federal laws IS a crime.

I wouldn't expect a white supremacist to know the difference... [-X

Where does he say States/Cities? He's talking about the Mayors who are harboring illegals.

Did you read your link? Did you see the word "knowingly" used over and over?

To know you need to ask, but to ask you need to have reasonable suspicion....so sayith the constitution, can I get an ahem!

Nobody wants people crossing the border illegally or staying once they have or overstating visas which is the more common violation......but we can't have a nut job sherif locking up US citizens who haven't done anythi g wrong....that is called kidnapping or false imprisonment and it's a crime.

I did read it. Why do you think a mayor would openly create a "sanctuary city". Don't act so naive. They're basically admitting that they're going to harbor illegal aliens against federal law

Funny how you use one standard with Trump in regards to a Muslim ban because of what he said during the campaign (intent) and what Sanctuary City mayors say (intent).

The Sheriff has more power than a mayor.

Not really, life is good.

Doing tolerance stacks right now which kinda sucks but it keeps me out of trouble.

It appears Mueller is now working with the state's in at least the Manafort case. Normally once the feds step in the state's bow out.....but since Rump can't pardon a state crime Mueller is now handing it back to the state's. The world is upside down because......you guys elected a POS.
