My favorite is that the "scientific data" has to keep getting adjusted to prove man made climate change...the complete opposite of real science...
The reasonable man adapts himself to the world; the unreasonable one persists in trying to adapt the world to himself. Therefore, all progress depends on the unreasonable man.

That is true. They do adjust the data.

What you are suggesting would be knowingly manipulating data to deceive, but if the data needs to be adjusted to take into account how a particular source measures temperature that is exactly what science does.

The part the deniers don't realize is that the data can and is adjusted BOTH ways...up or down.

But that doesn't fit their political motives so you wont hear about that...

Not according to Joe Bastardi. The actual temperature is what it is and there is no need for adjustment.

The part the fabricators don't realize is that the data can and is adjusted BOTH ways...up or down.

The truth is that it is almost impossible to accurately measure the earth's temperature without the use of computer models.
Models that consistently produce incorrect results. Short term global measurement have no statistical meaning.

That's true....but the instruments thagg measure it require calibration and calibration it an adjustment. That's all we're talking about, calibration to know standards.

The truth be known, monitoring using HONEST SHAFF is how it should be done! Then you input the monitored data into your modeling programs.

But if you can't trust your STAFF to take HONEST calibrated readings, then you are screwed, imho!

And I have verified 30 or so of MO's air monitoring sites, (out of maybe 50 or so sites), before I retired from the MO/DNR"DEQ/APCP Program. MO has to verify their locations to the EPA, I think, every 5 years or so...

Figures, to affect a major change it will take in excess 500 gallons per second, you can calculate the HP and that's just to accomplish the job.

Surely not EVERYONE is part of a global conspiracy, must be some honest people out there in the scientific community?

It's not a lot different from a lot of dynos.

Just add a correction factor until it reads what you want.

Even if a correction factor is added due to location of the dyno and the conditions it still doesnt always read what you want :)

They are the outcasts. Only the Marxists are allowed to be the major reporting climatologists. Others are silenced as "nonbelievers".
And then they do things like hold this high pressure area over the pacific on the west coast of the US for 3 months so we all can enjoy climate change or global warming. And if you don't believe that, then you are playing right into their games. And will be a member of their religion.

And all the systems in the pacific keep hitting the fabricated brick wall.
Geo engineering at its finest.
