We have a supreme court for a reason. Anyone that didn't think it was going to be overturned on appeal had their head in the clouds. It'll lose on the next appeal also.

I had no doubt it would be overruled, and it's a Kangaroo court...nothing supreme about it. The problem is they are no more than political activists with lifetime appointments. Short of bloodshed, how do you expect to stop liberals when they can stay in power for 30 to 40 years at a time?

Yes, the party of constitutional interpretation. Only when it agrees with what they want, these are the same people who want to repeal a provision the 14th amendment.

Once again, the sleeping giant has been awakened. In November, the liberals will lose control of congress. Two years from then, the white house. It'll take years and years to fix the mess Obama has made in his short time in power, but it will happen. Americans have not been this unified against a common enemy since WWII. I just hope we can fix this without force, but I'm not too sure it isn't going to get ugly. We could see another bloody revolution.

Hardly anyone has that view Mike but it's about time they did. Thomas Jefferson would be pissed at Americans if he were alive today. His theory being the government should fear the people ( it's been a very long time since that has happened)

While that may be true, our current administration is doing everything it can to polarize this nation. If moderates split 50/50, conservatives could reach 60%.

Share with us the history that shows tax hikes in a weak economy has ever helped. Share with us the history that shows any policies like Obama's have strenghtened a weak economy.
