.5% Additional Fee for every invoice for Obamacare

When the EPA came calling years ago, we added an additional fee for shop materials and disposal of hazmat to all of our invoices. A small but necessary percentage in order to stay in business at a profit. With today's ruling on Obamacare, I am seriously considering the same thing again in order to stay in business at a profit. A small percentage of the total. Calling it initally, Government Intrusion on Free Enterprise Fee. What do others think? Pro or Con I am open to intelligent opinions on the matter. Your thoughts?

You'll have to call it a tax, otherwise it would be ruled unconstitutional. Only if you are a socialist dictator with the media in your pocket can you call it a fee and get away with it.

Could I just call it a surcharge and not have to become a socialist dictator? I really hate the press and all. It would be just like the fuel surcharge I paid this morning to have a pallet of engine blocks shipped to me.........this on top of the freight charge I was originally quoted. Funny, in my town diesel fuel to run the semi is now cheaper than the unleaded gas I had to burn to pick this up at their terminal cause the driver could not find my shop. Maybe I should I charge them a surcharge for something too! I think I will call it the TOO STUPID FOR WORDS surcharge! The same driver was at my shop two weeks ago delivering materials.

Rec'd an E-mail today from a friend I served with in the military many moons ago. He has been reading over the 'Affordable Care Act' and his question was essentially...... 'What the hell does a 3.8% national sales tax on real estate transactions and unearned income have to do with healthcare?!?'

Its true, Rick. My eldest son is a realtor and they have been discussing this for some months now.

To understand this crap, you must keep in mind that the 'Affordable Care Act' actually has little to do with healthcare. Like all legislation pushed by the Obama administration, it is primarily a power grab and a money grab.

To connect the dots...... The so-called 'Affordable Care Act' was written not by Congress...... But by the Apollo Alliance (Van Jones, et al). Apollo Alliance is a project of the far left Tides Center (subsidiary of the Tides Foundation owned and controlled by George Soros) and is a coalition of ACORN, SEIU, and various green energy and far left socialist and communist subgroups. The 'stimulus package', the 'Affordable Care Act', 'Cap and Trade', etc., etc. were all written by the Apollo Alliance and then given to Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi to push through Congress.

Van Jones is a 'senior fellow' with the Center for American Progress (also owned and controlled by George Soros). You may recall him as being appointed by Obama without Congressional approval as his so-called 'green jobs tzar' before subsequently having to resign to take the heat off Obama when it became public knowledge that he is an avowed communist, has radical associations and for outrageous and factually dishonest public statements he made as a public official (amongst which, he claimed the Bush administration had actually perpetrated the attacks and building collapses of 11 Sept., 2001 rather than it being a terrorist attack...... AKA the '911 truther' BS).
