No aftermarket 2V cam has ever been declared smog legal.
I have some "Recession Buster" regrinds that are about 20 degrees more duration than the stock cams, they should be able to pass smog (but no guarantees) as I have seen larger cams pass with a good custom tune. Price is good on them too, take a look on the cams page.
