Looking for an altered or roadster roller. Must meet the following specifications.
1. Fit a 240lb driver (at least 21" at the shoulders).
2. Be certifiable to 6.00 1/4 mile. SFI spec 10.2 or equivalent.
3. 150" 4-link car preferred but will consider a shorter car and will consider hard-tail.
4. Setup for BBC/glide preferred.
5. Don't bother contacing me about beat up junk, it will just waste your time and mine.
6. Have cash, will pay a fair price without excessive haggling. I know what a new car costs and I know what used cars sell for, so don't bother trying to hand me a line. The offer I make will depend a lot on the condition of the car. I prefer something that I can drop my motor and tranny in w/o restoring the car.
7. I am located in Buffalo, NY but distance is not critical for the right car. I can always fly out to look at it.
8. I would consider buying a complete car under the right circumstances.
Again: PLEASE don't waste our mutual time with junk or a car not meeting the criteria I set out above. Life is too short as it is. I don't want a door car, I don't want a RED, I don't want a car that can't be certified to 6.00. I prefer a current cert so there is no doubt.
