It is strongly recommended that you use C.O.D. or an online escrow service. Always use common sense and do research on the product and the seller before making any deal.
RULES:
1) NO UNAUTHORIZED ADVERTISING OR RETAIL SELLING
2) NO MASS POSTING OF INDIVIDUAL ITEMS - Put them all in one post
3) NO INTEREST IN WHAT'S FOR SALE OR WANTED? DO...NOT...POST...HERE !!! - Giving someone a hard time because you think their price is too high, etc. will not be tolerated.
4) SPEEDTALK.COM IS NOT A DISPUTE SERVICE - If a deal has gone bad, Take it up with the authorities who can actually DO something about it.
5) DO NOT BUMP THREADS (aka "TTT") MORE THAN ONCE EVERY 24 HOURS
