Which steel tube is stronger torsionaly with both being of the same material, a 1 1/4 dia. w/.250 wall or 1 5/8 dia. w/.095 wall?

And the answer to your question is? My shoot from the hip was 1.625" was more robust, and i'm too lazy to punch the numbers in. :D
