Superflow SF-901 DOS Software

Post by ar0884 »

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade the computer on my Superflow SF-901. How do I transfer the DOS software that is currently in my old computer to the new one? Is there a download available anywhere? I have tried searching but have had no luck. Also, if anybody else has done this before please let me know if there are any tips that may help me. Thanks!

As far as I know, you can't run a DOS program on a newer computer without having a DOS Emulator program installed.

I have several DOS programs that I run on my laptop with Windows 10 installed. I use a DOS emulator called DOS Box. It is available free online.

You might find a 7 update easier with more capabilities.

If anybody has more information on this or you find it out it works I would also like to do the same, I don't have a disc just the software that is already in my pc, and I am worried when it t crashes I will be in a bind.

MS-DOS and the Windows command line

xcopy command
Using the xcopy command you can copy the complete contents of a drive to another drive. An example of a command that can be used is shown below.

xcopy c:\ d:\ /h/i/c/k/e/r/y

In the above example the xcopy command would copy all of the files on the C:\ drive to the D:\ drive.
