Torque Converter Heat

Ok, I'm obviously on the street kick. Will an 8" converter (5000 stall) live on the street with a moderate size trans cooler?

If you use a good quality 8" with a big cooler you should be fine Don

Don,
One thing I have learned from Joe is that our fabricated tranny pans will disapate the heat quicker compared to the deep sump cast stuff. May keep that in mind whether it is ours you use or someone elses.
