IMHO, ALL this stuff is GREAT until other peoples MONEY runs out!
Now sequestering CO2!
The little coral critters in the oceans use CO2 to make coral that in turn over time is turned into limestone!

The 'carbon neutral' part relies on zero CO2 being produced by the source and transmission of the considerable electric energy required. I suspect the cost would be an order of magnitude more than conventionally produced gasoline [if that's what they're making; he doesn't actually identify the resulting hydrocarbon(s).]
