Be careful out there!

Recently, I was riding around on my new bicycle and a frog-strangler came up out of nowhere!
I said to heck with this and started to turn around to go back home, ended up hitting a sloped curb at a driveway entrance and went down, busting above my right eye with an inch gash! My left hand is all puffed up and I generally hurt all over!
All the while, bleeding in the middle of the street getting soaked to the bone!!
Luckily, a neighbor passed by and stopped, loaded my bike and me in his new SUV and took me about 4 blocks back home!!
I guess it could have killed me!! So I'm OK!!
Shower didn't last probably 20 minutes!!
I probably should tell people that you should see the other guy!! He, He!! But I won't...

Glad you didn't do any real serious damage. Hope the bike is ok too. I have been more worried lately about the idiot drivers. Now that it gets dark way too early I guess I am going to have to be limited to weekends. I actually went for a walk the night before last instead of riding.
