Forum time setting problem

Went to change my profile because of the end of daylight saving time.


UTC -08:00 is 9 hours behind zulu time instead of 8 (same as UTC -09:00)

you can easily change the timezone by clicking on your name at right top then going to user control panel and then board preferences. its just that easy.

He did that. 2 settings show the same time.
