Being that the bore spacing on a stock small block is 4.400" I don't know how to fit a 4.625 piston in the cylinder. He never said it had to run with it in it, so this is possibly this is a trick question.

Just about anything is good enough for me! Just as long as I can make 150% more power with less than a $3 budget I'm good!

It says "a" piston.
So if you only want one, it'll fit with a 4.4 inch bore spacing........overbore and sleeve.
8.8 minus 4 leaves 4.8 to fit a 4.6250 piston.

I have dyno'd at Kaase's shop and have had lunch with him. During the course of conversation, there was no mentioning of his accomplishments, who contacts him for his knowledge, etc. He was very willing to share information, even asking me about cam specs that I used on the engine I was dyno'ing. No ego, no thinking that his information was intriguing enough to leave cliffhangers, and no solicitation or advertising.
For the amount of knowledge that that one man has, to hear/see how he conducts himself around others was nothing short of inspiring.

I could say the same about the person that this thread was started against but it would fall on def ears...Different people do things differently and not everyone will agree with them.
How many hours. days, months or years would most people be willing to give to personally help a nobody in Tx and not only ask for nothing in return but be willing to give thousands of dollars worth of product to help them?
If you knew that person had decades of history doing that would you be compelled to stand up for them?

I only know what I personally see here on the forum.
As I mentioned before, I don't see how Speed Talk is any one man's advertising venue. There are tons of other guys who are as knowledgeable or more so, who pop on here to help non-professionals and don't advertise services or parts for sale out in the open.
