i recently replaced a blower motor on a chevy venture van, It was a AC delco fan with the matching plug-in to connect to the vehicle with no snipping wires or anything like that. Its a long story but turns out it was actually spinning backwards. We finally snipped and reversed the factory wires and had tons of air. It took a long time to figure out because we never suspected something like that.
