I just read an article about them so are they good to eat?

Figure out a way to harvest them, and then PURGE them like you do, "mudbugs", and steam away.

A little garlic butter and I bet that since they should be about the size of a steamed pea, that they would take a heck of a lot of them to fill up on, but taste great if you like clams and mussels!

Then create some great tasting, "Jumping Carp", fishcakes and two of our invasive specie problems are solved.

Now if we can only grow, "mudbugs", up here in Central MO?? Love the little buggers!!
