Where is, "Steven Author Rios", at?

I was just thinking about him killing his lover, Jesse Valencia, over in Columbia's East Campus neighborhood years ago.

Tried to find the status of his sentence and where he is being held, but not turning up anything??

Anybody know where he is in prison at?

What got me to thinking about this is the Cop that killed an unarmed dude in Richmond, (CA??), -------

Thanks Kevin, I didn't know where he ended up at is all.

I saw the murdered kid with a bunch of his buddies before Christmas one year fooling around at the Mall and I thought it strange there weren't any "muffins" running with the pack of guys.

Now I know why..

I have always tried to keep track of this through the years is all.

I want to say the kid was some around our oldest Son's age, but I may be way off here???

Plus both our Son and Daughter stayed over in that part of town when they were in school back then.

The students living in the area kind a got REAL CONCERNED when it happened. Rios being a Cop and all.
