Forum Update

Post by Stan Weiss »

I will wait until I have spent some time with the update before I will know if I like it or not. I do have a question. When I use the search Members is there a way for them to be in alphabetical order? If I click on the "W" they are still in order by date joined.

Sorry I'm not a fan of the new layout

The main problem for me is it's a lot harder to read.
There was a greater contrast between the writing and the background. I think the font was thicker and darker.

And the blue writing on light blue background in the index isn't fun.

It looked more professional before, this one looks like boy racer style.

Don't like the new layout / colors. As previously mentioned it is hard to read.

Overall, I am disoriented - I don't like change.

There is a "title" =USERNAME on the top left of the member list-if you click it it will sort alphabetically instead of by join order. All the other headers are the same way. They are clickable to change the order from the default.

Try going to your header in your web browser. Find the "view" drop down list. Go to "Style" or"Page Style" and try one of the other settings. Mine lists A, A+ and A++. Each will give you a different look. If you do not like things now I do not recommend the "no style".

Another help is to go to the "View" drop down and change the "text size" to something larger. The Firefox browser has a better "look" than Internet Explorer (at least for me).
