Years ago while working at Chevy dealership. We had a goofball mechanic, after doing a brake job, put all the wheels back on a car, lower it down off of the lift and back it out of the shop. We heard him yelling WOOOOOOH! about the same time he realized the drums were still laying on the shop floor. It didn't mater how loud he yelled the car still wouldn't stop.
