Talked to a shop owner today that had 2 Marine BBC's come in becasue the heads were leaking water that another shop had built, These engines had 35 hours on them and the POCOMP 320 RUNNER HEADS were completely rotted out.

Another fine quality chinese product.

Hey, Carl, were those "POCOMP 320" (gotcha) heads in a salt-water or fresh-water boat?

Even if the engine was raw water cooler and in salt water that ain't alot of time to rot them out..
I have some OEM heads here with several hundred hours that were raw water cooled then converted to a heat exchanger system after 250hrs
They must be real thin to rot that fast but in a way not superizing as they have larger ports ect and cooling passages must be reduced combined with old toyota bumbers to make them............................

Oh I think that pics and facts I have given so far are a pretty good so far and today we had a rush job for anther shop and being on vacation this week I willget to the probing of the block next week for sure.

Unless you can do it faster then maybe you should step up to the bat here.

Right now I am not going to make a dime on this brand-x block and I have spent at least 30 plus hours of emails and phone calls already. And I am behind in the shop but the next time I am on the CNC machine it will go in and be checked out,

If the main line and cam tunnel was the correct size it would have been done a week ago!!!
