I've seen this occur before with drum brakes, especially if it's a non-OEM combination of parts. It's amazing what a tiny little residual valve will do for braking systems. Hope that resolves your issue!Any residual valve(s) in there?
BRAKE PROBLEM--HELP!

Rompron - I see a couple of issues here. It's clear that you still have air in your system.
- If you changed the master cylinder or emptied it and did not properly bench bleed it before installing it, you will never get the last of the air out of your system. You should do this next before you do anything else.
- If your master cylinder is mounted higher than the tops of your brakes, you don't need residual pressure valves.
- If you are running disks on front and drums on rear you absolutely need a proportioning valve, which you install in the rear line. Wilwood sells a decent one.
